What does Elara Systems build?
Elara Systems builds custom CRM systems, AI agents, and automated workflows for service businesses. A system can connect customer records, bookings, payments, team activity, and follow-ups.
Can you connect the tools our business already uses?
Connecting existing tools is part of the workflow automation service. Tell us which tools you use and what needs to move between them so we can review the available integrations before defining the project.
Will a person stay in control of AI-agent actions?
The agent concept includes handoffs to a person. Human approval can be required before an external action. The approval steps and handoff rules need to be defined for each business workflow.
Is DetailOS a live customer case study?
No. DetailOS is an illustrative CRM concept for a fictional detailing studio. Its names, records, booking counts, and animations demonstrate a possible workflow; they are not customer results or performance claims.
